Just when I needed assistance in looking after a loved one's estate, they let me down. The telephone contacts are lovely to talk to, but seem to act as a messenger between underwriters and the customer. Lots of being waiting for a response from another department. I can see that this is preferable to being transferred from one number to another, but it's rather disjointed. I'm guessing that Saga are a broker for several insurers. The reduced cover was advised mid-term, so I found cover elsewhere. I have had a renewal reminder several days after cancelling the policy, which means that I have to phone again to ensure that they are not going to try to take the premium.... Read more Read less
