Trying to prove that my husbands death was accidental as opposed to an underlying cause such as a heart attack is still ongoing. I now have extensive damp in my kitchen from a badly fitted sink unit fitted by an " odd job person" Saga employed to do this.I am now with a new insurer but contacted Saga has it was due to poor workmanship this problem has occurred. I currently have pneumonia so living in a damp environment is unhealthy.I tried to contact them today but told " not picking up the phone" I DESPAIR.
