Impossible to get help

A phone number is provided to call when you are ill and need prior approval to get medical help. It is answered when you call... A phone number is provided to call when you are ill and need prior approval to get medical help. It is answered when you call it but there is nobody there. After a while the call is disconnected. Fighting this system is bad when you are ill. The insurance is worthless. Luckily French people local to where I was sorted things and it was not terribly expensive. The knowledge that I wouldn't get help for anything should be noted. Read more Read less

    Saga provides excellent car insurance cover and exemptional service, but the premiums are a little higher when compared to other well-known companies.
