Uncompetitive on Annual Travel insurance

Took out an annual travel insurance policy. Called to update with a medical condition and the advisor, lacking all empathy went through process and then said the policy was cancelled. We were offered a much much more expensive trip only policy which we felt obliged to take. After a bit of searching afterwards were able to take out a similar annual insurance with Staysure which with this condition and cancelled the Saga policy. The advisor at Saga is as cold unhelpful and lacked any consideration for our situation. She kept us waiting on the phone for 10 minutes after telling us the policy was cancelled during which time we didn’t know if we would get our imminent holiday covered. Easy to navigate the website, clear to see add ons and cost so nothing ambiguous. The quote organically emailed to me was the same as when I accessed the website. Very good value for money .. saving over £180 from previous insurance. Also I have had no other insurers arrange the transfer of my no claims information, this was a first and a very welcomed change. I also appreciated having the choice of hard copy through the post rather than emailed documents. I have already recommended this company regarding car insurance. Thank you!
