Based on a word of mouth recommendation I just bought Better Buy Insurance policy for my new Pixel phone. This has to be the quickest and easiest insurance policy I've ever set up in my life, and affordable. A very easy site to use. Now, I work for an insurance company, and I know that insurance lives and dies on its claims process. So whilst I hope never to need it, I sincerely hope that if I should their claims process is as quick and efficient as my experience today has been. Reviewed on: 4th December 2016

Simple, reasonable and comprehensive

I have just taken out an insurance policy for my Samsung Galaxy S7 edge. Previously I always had cover with my mobile network but the premiums have increased dramatically with the addition of many exclusions to the policy. Better buy insurance offered a more comprehensive policy which covers the majority of all scenarios which could occur with the loss or damage of the handset and accessories. Hopefully I will require no claims on the policy, but if it is required I will update my review as per experience. Reviewed on: 27th November 2016

I decided to review my bank account mobile cover as it was going up in December. With a quick look at my MSE email I saw Martins review on the best mobile Insurance deals. I checked out his top 10 recommends and yours was the best price, perfect cover and I saved myself £73 on my annual cost. I would also like to add how quick and easy it was to buy the insurance online with excellent customer service when I had a query. No wonder you have been awarded 5star Defaqto 2016.
