Wow, short listed for an award in 2016... either those reviewing have never made a claim or this company has seriously hit the skids.... trying... Claims are handled by another company who admit having problems getting policy details across from Better Buy. Don't worry though, they contact tech support who will chase it daily for you. Hmmm, guessvthis won't be resolved anytime soon especially as every time you phone there's never anything on file so how can they be chasing it... Read more Read less

    Simple to insure, and cheapest around

    The cheapest for my new product (S7 Edge), including loss, accidental cover and theft (which is pretty much everything). Includes quite a few little extras,... Includes quite a few little extras, like 90 world wide coverage, which for me I shall be needing in a few months time. Haven't tested out yet, so can't rate their speed and customer service as of yet plus if all of a sudden there are little extras. But if I ever need to use their services will report on how they go.
