When you ring up to explain about the incident, they put you through to another company - you explain the incident again - they put you through to another company. In which, you have to explain the incident AGAIN! Even then, when you just want a simple answer the woman on the phone “Kerry” will say she is unsure, she actually hung the phone up on myself once and then didn’t answer any of my calls back until I called on a different number. As well as this, I have been without a hire car over a week now as they will say your car needs to be assessed first - the car gets assessed and still no further forward. They emailed me at 4:08pm to tell me I needed to send them my proof of address before 6pm that night when they couldn't even respond to an email I sent them on Thursday. They make you jump through hoops and demand and make threats to cancel the policy, it honestly feels like they take your money then decide they don't want to insure you so they do everything in their power to cancel the policy! I’m a fairly new driver and this is the WORST insurer ever. A lady drove in to me 5 day after I started my policy... I’m a fairly new driver and this is the WORST insurer ever. A lady drove in to me 5 day after I started my policy with them. As they are only a broker the past me on to at least 6 different companies to do my claim. Then I decided to get my own solitaire. A month into all this they cancel my insurance and notify me by email. I called to ask why they said I have not sent prof of address and no claims bonus. I had sent it several times by email and every time a called they gave me a different email to send it to. I then asked for my money back as I had paid £1220 for insurance I don’t have anymore. They said as I had a claim I can’t get my money back. I said it wasn’t my fault and the claim is still on going. My car hasn’t even been looked at to date. They said if it isn’t my fault after the claim is raped up I will get my money. I today got an email saying I owe them £60 and if not paid in 7 days I will have debt collection agency come for my stuff. This is UNACCEPTABLE. I AM VERY ANGRY AND UPSET.
