Super easy to sign up and a B Corp too!

More than cycle insurance

Claim process was painless

Following a crash and the resultant broken frame I submitted a claim for the damage. From submission to claim agreed took only 7 days [including the weekend] with the monies in my account 3 days later. You can speak to a human being! Great insurance and very straightforward.

Very personable and knowledgable without hiding behind 5 syllable technospeak words. Competent and contactable as in my experience I have not had to wait to speak to a human being if I wanted to check something. Saying that, the website is clear and professional too. Reviewed on: 30th August 2023

I have been using Bikmo for a few years now have always been happy with their support and cover available. Big selling point for me is how easy it is to add other bikes for a growing collection as any cyclist knows 1 is not enough! Have recommended to all my friends and family.
