Disappointing

I needed to file a claim, and Bikmo took several weeks to start to process it, and then it send it to another company for... I needed to file a claim, and Bikmo took several weeks to start to process it, and then it send it to another company for further processing, which they say can take up to three days, but based on others experience, it can take a week or two. Apparently the other company often denies the claims, and therefore I am inclined to think that Bikmo is essentially a scam operation. Very disappointing. Read more Read less

    AVOID - Can not be trusted

    After having insurance with them for a couple of year, when my bike unfortunately got stolen they would not pay out because they were not... After having insurance with them for a couple of year, when my bike unfortunately got stolen they would not pay out because they were not willing to verify my lock. My lock was complaint with the policy, so unfortunately they mis-sold me the policy. If you want protection for your bike, so somewhere else. Avoid this company. Read more Read less

    Keep yourself covered

    Although I have never needed to make a claim I believe the cover offered by Bikmo provides peace of mind should the unexpected happen. If...     Great insurance

    They are great, but the cost for insuring my bike has increased 4fold in the last three years.

    Good price

    Bikmo always quote a good orice for bike insurance. The newsletters are also relevant to cycling and worth a quick read.
