Absolute scam artists!

Absolute scam artists!! Please do NOT take out E Bike insurance with this terrible company, my bike got stolen and they are not paying out... Absolute scam artists!! Please do NOT take out E Bike insurance with this terrible company, my bike got stolen and they are not paying out due to the lock not being recognised by them, this was not straightforward in the Contract! Avoid these scam artists or your money will be gone , if your bike gets robbed they won't pay out !! Read more Read less

    Disappointing

    I needed to file a claim, and Bikmo took several weeks to start to process it, and then it send it to another company for... I needed to file a claim, and Bikmo took several weeks to start to process it, and then it send it to another company for further processing, which they say can take up to three days, but based on others experience, it can take a week or two. Apparently the other company often denies the claims, and therefore I am inclined to think that Bikmo is essentially a scam operation. Very disappointing. Read more Read less

    AVOID - Can not be trusted

    After having insurance with them for a couple of year, when my bike unfortunately got stolen they would not pay out because they were not... After having insurance with them for a couple of year, when my bike unfortunately got stolen they would not pay out because they were not willing to verify my lock. My lock was complaint with the policy, so unfortunately they mis-sold me the policy. If you want protection for your bike, so somewhere else. Avoid this company. Read more Read less

    Although I have never needed to make a claim I believe the cover offered by Bikmo provides peace of mind should the unexpected happen. If...
