Review of the Bikmo, Cycle insurance:

Unresponsive - choose other insurer

Unresponsive and impossible to contact despite initial prompt reply to the submitted claim. After requesting additional information from me, nobody followed up to provide update on the claim. Completely unresponsive to calls - their customer support number is a façade; my multiple calling attempts were automatically interrupted after long wait on the line. The result: bike awaits the repair, I await Bikmo's answer, but my trust in their services has been irreparably damaged. I recommend alternative insurance providers. Reviewed on: 27th October 2026
