Straightforward, comprehensive cover

Always very easy to deal with , renewal was straightforward and the premium has increased significantly. Reviewed on: 18th September 2017

New to Comfort

First time using them to insure my Motor home.Very helpful representative when i called,Policy ticked all the boxes and the cost very competitive. Reviewed on: 14th September 2017

Ease of renewal process. Mailed renewal notice, phoned to clarify a matter of detail on schedule, renewed over the phone.

Have shopped around this policy appears to be good value for money. However we all know that as a custome, you judge quality of insurance by response of the company if you are obliged to make a claim. Reviewed on: 14th September 2017

Campervan Insurance Review

Insured our campervan easily and economically. No claims requred as yet but the service has been very efficient wth documents issued promptly. Reviewed on: 12th September 2017

Responsive and Clear

The company seem small enough to not need a big call centre, they answer the phone, deal with questions and changes quickly, price is reasonable, and I hope they respect client loyalty by not increasing their prices for renewals like most do. Reviewed on: 12th September 2017

Motorhome insurance

Professional and competent but somewhat inflexible

Good range of cover and attentive staff. Would not allow us to leave van in car park for a few days while travelling elsewhere to sightsee when abroad. Would not allow parking outside a friends house in Switzerland whilst I went on a walking trip. Low annual mileage limit. Inclusion of overseas breakdown cover makes this cover fair value but they will charge additional premium whenever additional requests of any kind are made. Limit of 4 drivers on policy means our children but not their spouses can drive. Reviewed on: 12th September 2017
