Review of the Comfort Insurance, Caravan Insurance:

Professional and competent but somewhat inflexible

Good range of cover and attentive staff. Would not allow us to leave van in car park for a few days while travelling elsewhere to sightsee when abroad. Would not allow parking outside a friends house in Switzerland whilst I went on a walking trip. Low annual mileage limit. Inclusion of overseas breakdown cover makes this cover fair value but they will charge additional premium whenever additional requests of any kind are made. Limit of 4 drivers on policy means our children but not their spouses can drive. Reviewed on: 12th September 2017
