The Debenhams credit card has a new loyalty scheme which I thought was great and I have used the card to build up £49 worth... The Debenhams credit card has a new loyalty scheme which I thought was great and I have used the card to build up £49 worth of points. I have not been able to use these on anything in Debenhams and the voucher now is in date but has stopped being recognised. Read more Read less

    I have had a Debenhams Credit card for years and built up over £30.00 on their rewards, I have tried to spend a rewards voucher... I have had a Debenhams Credit card for years and built up over £30.00 on their rewards, I have tried to spend a rewards voucher only to be told I can only purchase from a small number of companies on the Debenhams.Com shopping site. I am a male and only have BoohooMAN or Burtons offering male clothing. I can also only purchase full price items. There is nothing in my size (34 waist) on either site at full price.     Scam Help Joke

    Can’t believe that they can make a customer wait 30 days to pursue a refund of scammed money. Most credit card companies refund fraudulent transactions immediately. Disgraceful Debenhams.
