I have had a Debenhams C.C. for many years and have always had a good experience. If there is a problem (like not being able to identify a transaction) they are able to be contacted easily and, to date, have always resolved the issue for me. Reviewed on: 11th June 2026

The Debenhams credit card has a new loyalty scheme which I thought was great and I have used the card to build up £49 worth of points. I have not been able to use these on anything in Debenhams and the voucher now is in date but has stopped being recognised. Reviewed on: 26th January 2025

No point to these points!

Debenhams credit card points are a total waste of time. It is practically impossible to use them. Ive used their customer service and all I get is reasons they can’t be used which applies to absolutely everything on their site. Time to switch I think! Reviewed on: 17th November 2024

Debenhams credit card rewards con.

I have had a Debenhams Credit card for years and built up over £30.00 on their rewards, I have tried to spend a rewards voucher only to be told I can only purchase from a small number of companies on the Debenhams.Com shopping site. I am a male and only have BoohooMAN or Burtons offering male clothing. I can also only purchase full price items. There is nothing in my size (34 waist) on either site at full price. New day credit card company scammers

I settle the full statement amount monthly. Once i paid part payment they charge me interest to the full statement amount. I paid 141£ for a balance 500£. I don’t know why financial ombudsman don’t take impose penalty. Reviewed on: 30th August 2024

Scam Help Joke

Can’t believe that they can make a customer wait 30 days to pursue a refund of scammed money. Most credit card companies refund fraudulent transactions immediately. Disgraceful Debenhams. Reviewed on: 28th January 2023
