I have had a Debenhams C.C. for many years and have always had a good experience. If there is a problem (like not being able to identify a transaction) they are able to be contacted easily and, to date, have always resolved the issue for me. Reviewed on: 11th June 2026

Great all-round care

We took out our static caravan cover with you but then, devastatingly, my husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer. We had to change the policy into my name during very difficult times but your team were very supportive and understanding which helped us in a time of sadness and grief. Reviewed on: 29th July 2025
