Made everything clear they go that extra mile to help

Customer service

The customer service was amazing every person I ever speak to was polite and made it feel like they would of done anything for there customers. Even gave suggestions on products they do that can help with other debts you may have but never make you feel like you have to take the offers, they go out of there way to make sure you have all the options you may need. Unrivalled service.

Very warm reception when arriving to discuss a loan even though I was late. Professional and informative staff talked me through the whole process to ensure I was aware of all aspects of the loan prior to receiving my completed agreement pack. Amazingly accommodating to my disability.

I suffer from anxiety and agoraphobia. The person who handled my loan: - Allowed my mum to speak on my behalf - Allowed me to email all documents needed (to make the in-person appointment quicker for me) - Made sure my appointment to sign the contract was as soon as they open so that there was only him and the manager present. Not only that but he was unbelievably friendly and understanding when discussing my mental health issues; I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and certainly cannot praise this company enough. Would recommend simple process

Great customer service. I had a few high interest loans , I applied so I could pay them all off which I have done now . Overall it freed up some money and I'm paying a lot less in interest. Feel much better now it's just one monthly payment. Also I didn't need to go into the office managed to complete online. Olivia was very helpful and kept me informed . Reviewed on: 27th August 2021
