Amazingly accommodating to my disability.

I suffer from anxiety and agoraphobia. The person who handled my loan: - Allowed my mum to speak on my behalf - Allowed me to email all documents needed (to make the in-person appointment quicker for me) - Made sure my appointment to sign the contract was as soon as they open so that there was only him and the manager present. Not only that but he was unbelievably friendly and understanding when discussing my mental health issues; I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and certainly cannot praise this company enough.
