Excellent investment platform

OK, but no option to direct debit to pay monthly fees

Reasonably returns, OK website (if a bit slow). However, main gripe is that while you can have a separate cash account from which you can pay monthly fees, there's no way to set up a regular direct debit to the cash account (only to an investment account). Similarly, there's no way to set up a direct debit to pay the monthly fees. So it's annoying that I have to remember to log in once a month and put in my card details to pay for the montly fees. Great

Low fees, easy to save, accessible app.

We have an ISA with Fidelity and invest in the FIdelity Index World Fund - very easy setup and transfer process from previous ISA provider, low fees for setting up a savings plan starting at only £25 a month. Information is easy to understand and the app is easy to use. Reviewed on: 18th January 2023

Best ISA Manager

consistent performance

Through many years of investment somehow Fidelity have manged to produce either significant or steady gains. They're easy to deal with. The only slight niggle is that they take a good few days to deliver if you need to sell off shares and withdraw funds. Reviewed on: 24th February 2021
