Don't bother

Called in to notify of an unauthorised transaction on my sons account, said they were not a bank and couldn't do anything about it. Said they would call back, 6 months later and nothing. Unregulated con artists. Reviewed on: 15th January 2025

Very good both my children older one now 18!

Very good both my children older one now 18! I needed support with changing details for my younger trans daughter at the time 11 and the support and speed which the team responded was excellent. Really made my daughter feel confident she’s now 13 and can use her card more freely and is very aware of her financial situation which is great. Reviewed on: 18th January 2025

We love GoHenry

I love using GoHenry because it gives me oversight whilst the kids still have some freedoms to save or spend as they wish. Being able to set controls and limits makes me more confident that they are learning how to manage their money effectively.I'm also using the Junior Isa feature for both children and I like being able to see that money grow each month, building a little fund for their future. My daughter can manage money better than me now!

This has been an amazing way to teach my daughter about money from a young age and to encourage her own independence with money. She knows how to save for things she wants or just keep herself a nice reserve for a rainy day.
