Review of the gohenry, Kids' smart money app & debit card:

Don't bother

Called in to notify of an unauthorised transaction on my sons account, said they were not a bank and couldn't do anything about it. Said they would call back, 6 months later and nothing. Unregulated con artists. Reviewed on: 15th January 2025

A great tool for my 11 year old to reach goals and for us to set some expectations and reward in our house Reviewed on: 18th January 2025

Excellent app.

Excellent app. Customer services are quick and efficient. My boys love the freedom of having their own app and savings. Reviewed on: 18th January 2025

Parent notifications are very important.

Getting parent notifications of the GoHenry spending as they happen is very useful. I don't try to control the spending, but it's nice to know where my grandson is. Reviewed on: 18th January 2025

A great way to get your kids started with banking

So far the experience has been good. The only thing I would prefer is a cheaper monthly fee - I would expect £5 per month rather than £10 as the cost of living is having an impact on all areas. Reviewed on: 18th January 2025

Brilliant gift for a hard to buy for 9yr old

Struggling to find a Christmas present my 9yrold Granddaughter would like, I decided to get her a personalised GoHenry card. She loved it! It makes her feel so grown up and I particularly like the fact she can use it on holiday abroad. Easy to deposit her pocket money monthly and add other family members so they can deposit too. Help change how your kids think about money

5
GoHenry cards are a fantastic way to make your kids more money conscious. My kids receive their pocket money direct to their cards and relatives also send any birthday / Christmas money direct to them too. The GoHenry app allows the kids to keep track of exactly how much money they have and we have noticed a huge change in how they think about saving money. In the past when pocket money was paid to them in cash they’d want to spent it immediately but now they have realised just how quickly money can start to add up when saved by keeping track on their app. When they do spend it they love being able to use their own cards on card machines and enter their details if spending online. We are so pleased we decided to get them GoHenry cards. Reviewed on: 18th January 2025

Gohenry was easy and simple to set up with clear instructions every step of the way. Communications on the status of my card delivery were frequent and the quality of support has been excellent. The app is easy to navigate and I feel in control of the movement of my money into my daughter's account Reviewed on: 18th January 2025
