Value for money Customer service is slow and unhelpful. They blocked out of the app because i complained. Limited exchanges and stocks to buy. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Good experience.

Recently a family member got an ISA to store his money, and the Halifax assistants were fantastic, helpful, and willing to give them other options, which was greatly helpful. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2015
