Rubbish

Telephone banking

Love Halifax and love their customer service also. Telephone banking is good , however sometimes the mechanical woman on the other end doesn't seem To understand yes or no. Takes a while To actually speak to a human but once you do, they're great! Reviewed on: 14th January 2016

Good experience.

Recently a family member got an ISA to store his money, and the Halifax assistants were fantastic, helpful, and willing to give them other options, which was greatly helpful. Reviewed on: 22nd April 2015
