Review for Insurance2go I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Insurance2go. My policy number is 245111789. Name aishvir kaur I purchased insurance for my iPhone 17 Pro and have been paying my monthly premiums on time. I am an international student in the UK and currently pregnant. At no point when I bought the policy was I informed that it was supposedly only available to British customers. If I had been told this from the beginning, I would never have purchased the policy or continued paying for it. After my phone was lost in a park, I submitted a genuine claim. Instead of helping me, I was repeatedly asked to provide different documents almost every day. Many of these documents were difficult to obtain from my network provider, making the process unnecessarily stressful and exhausting. I spent hours on the phone with customer service, often being kept on hold for a very long time. On several occasions, my calls were disconnected without any resolution, and I was repeatedly told that nothing could be done. Instead of supporting a paying customer, I felt I was being given obstacle after obstacle. Eventually, my insurance policy was cancelled, and only then was I told that the policy was supposedly only for British customers. This was never explained when I purchased the insurance. If this was genuinely an eligibility requirement, why was my application accepted and why were my monthly payments taken for so long? As an international customer, this made me feel that I was treated differently because of my nationality. I felt discriminated against and unfairly treated. It appeared that once it became clear that my claim was genuine, a reason was found to reject my claim and cancel my policy. This experience has left me feeling that I was not treated equally or fairly compared with other customers. I am currently pregnant, and this entire situation has caused me severe stress and anxiety. Losing my phone meant I missed important maternity appointments, NHS updates, and communications regarding my pregnancy. This has had a significant impact on both my physical and mental wellbeing during an already vulnerable time. If any harm comes to me or my baby as a result of the stress and missed medical communications caused by the handling of my claim, I believe Insurance2go should take responsibility for the consequences of its actions. I believe Insurance2go failed to be transparent, failed to treat me fairly, and handled my claim in an unacceptable manner. My experience has left me feeling discriminated against, ignored, and completely let down by a company that I trusted and paid every month. I would never recommend Insurance2go to anyone. Based on my experience, I would give this company 0 stars, or even a negative rating. Read more Read less

    Avoid this company they are scams

    I have insurance either them and broke my phone so try to clam but they refused as asking millions different questions asking for share code... I have insurance either them and broke my phone so try to clam but they refused as asking millions different questions asking for share code which I don’t have but I have uk settle proof but is not in of for them so in the end of this they not even investigate and decline my case. When I go with them no one ask me about all this share code or do why they insure me if I don’t have why no one ask me??? So now they left me without phone and not even responding to my emails.     Positive outcome when making claim

    With a quick call and simple form, I was able to make claim for stolen phone. I received a refurbished phone.
