Avoid this company they are scams

I have insurance either them and broke my phone so try to clam but they refused as asking millions different questions asking for share code which I don’t have but I have uk settle proof but is not in of for them so in the end of this they not even investigate and decline my case. When I go with them no one ask me about all this share code or do why they insure me if I don’t have why no one ask me??? So now they left me without phone and not even responding to my emails. Horrible company hope they will get what they deserve. Reviewed on: 13th November 2025

Positive outcome when making claim

With a quick call and simple form, I was able to make claim for stolen phone. I received a refurbished phone. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2022
