I’ve had a great experience using Smart Cover’s appliance insurance. Their team was responsive when I had an issue with my washing machine, and the claim process was quick and smooth. Boiler maintenance and insurance

They maintained my boiler - it developed a leak and flooded my kitchen - they offered no service whatsoever and denied responsibility - and identifying their company is registered in the Channel Islands so there is no address - don't touch them with a barge pole Reviewed on: 20th September 2022

Quick replacement when part was obsolete

The outer glass on my oven door shattered with no warning. An engineer was out within the next couple of days. When it was established the part was obsolete, a replacement was offered and delivered quickly. I was kept up to date by my claims manager. Reviewed on: 15th September 2022

Great friendly helpful

from the first time you give them a call, they are at the other end of the phone, very friendly and helpful. After submitting the breakdown of the w/machine, they are emailing you and keeping you in the loop with the whole process from the engineer attending, to being unable to fix the product, to choosing a new w/machine and delivery. Best on the Market

Very experienced staff super quick in answering the phone and amazing how speedy my enquiry was dealt with and the repair work carried out. I did receive a replacement item and this arrived as stated. Engineers were efficient and carried out their job in a timely manner. Helpful, knowledgeable and value for money

Smart-Cover provide insurance for my granddaughter's laptop. They were most helpful in arranging this, explaining exactly what was what, and my policy for the laptop is excellent value for money. Reviewed on: 10th September 2022
