Terrible service!

Terrible service!! Purchased appliance insurance for peace of mind in the event of a breakdown. Now I've been 3 weeks without a washer. No repair & no solution. Customer service is terrible. Constantly told its under review & will be in contact asap. Do not waste your money on these insurers!! Reviewed on: 9th January 2026
