Absolutely shocking treatment of an existing customer

Contacted when I traded-in existing car for new with request for simple swap over, last Weds - IYM couldn't find correct details for new reg on 'the system' Having mailed V5 docs as requested the following morning, heard nothing. Called again 2 days later on Sat morning as wanting to use new car @weekend...couldn't help as couldn't contact ins partner for my vechile. No managers avail?! - still awaiting manager callback on mon @2pm - still no cover! High premiums with crap service!! Stephen B. Reviewed on: 12th June 2017

It's alright.

Today I spoke with an excellent gentleman (Richard?!) who helped me a lot and answer all my questions very calm and understandable. Ever since I join insure your motor, every single time I ring then either they don't send me the documents that I request, or they speak really quick in a way that I can't understand them... sometimes I end up my phonecall more confused than I was before ringing them. Apart from that, today I had a great experience with the gentleman helping me a lot and being extremely polite! Thanks. Reviewed on: 12th June 2017

Amazing!

Great company! I just spoke to a customer service lady called Michelle and she honestly was a breathe of fresh air! She was so nice and extremely helpful! And also when I called back for help a gentlemen called Zac was also very helpful! Its nice to finally find an insurance company with lovely staff! I'll definitely be renewing!
