Absolutely leeches. I dont get it how you got 4.5 stars when nobody gave u more than 1 and that 1 is forced to post a review. Never again. 700 car worth. 2 months insurance here comes to same price with instalment and cancellation fees. Reviewed on: 14th October 2022

Very unhelpful and awful company please avoid and stay away of it as far as you can Has been ignored every single time when call them As manny times I’ve been instructed to await call back it never happens Can’t organise anything Has been waiting 3h for recovery and finally get it myself No hire vehicle Nothing I do have a little baby that’s needs care and I can’t go to work or even do shopping as for a last few days they are telling me they gone arrange call back That’s what they do best Please avoid them Reviewed on: 10th February 2022

Worst insurance company!!! I was their client for more than 7 years without any claims and my insurance every year was reduced just for £2-7 pounds!!! Wnen I compared to other insuranse companies I was shocked!!! INSURE YOUR MOTOR car Insurance price was incrised for more than 70% !!!!!! Can you amagine???!!!!! Wouldn't use them again

Really poor customer services , I was told I would receive a phone call back when the quote had come back from underwriters for them to never phone back. Had to contact them myself to be told he quote was returned but no one had let me know. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Reviewed on: 16th June 2017

Absolutely shocking treatment of an existing customer

Contacted when I traded-in existing car for new with request for simple swap over, last Weds - IYM couldn't find correct details for new reg on 'the system' Having mailed V5 docs as requested the following morning, heard nothing. Called again 2 days later on Sat morning as wanting to use new car @weekend...couldn't help as couldn't contact ins partner for my vechile. No managers avail?! - still awaiting manager callback on mon @2pm - still no cover! High premiums with crap service!! Stephen B. Reviewed on: 12th June 2017

Cancelling Policy Without enough warning

I have been asked for my V5 log book in my name. When I asked if the log book could be kept in my partners name customer service said they would have to get back to me. They should have told me at the time I would need to change it or my policy would be cancelled. Or they should have extended the cancellation period whilst i was make enquiries. I only received the cancellation letter 5 days before the cancellation of the policy was due to take place. 1 of these days being a Sunday when i was unable to call customer services. I do no believe this is along enough period to warn someone there policy is being cancelled. I rely on my car for work and without it I may have to give up my job as i will not be able to afford any more insurance with the heighten premium rate from having a policy cancelled. I was unaware that car was not actually in my name and this was an honest mistake when i took the policy out. I had already declared the accidents I have been involved in and am unsure as to how having the car in a different name make me more high risk to insure. I feel like insure you motor/my insurer have been very inflexible and unwilling to help even though I am trying to rectify the problem. Reviewed on: 16th May 2017
