Awful Customer Service & Complaints Department

Lending stream offered me unaffordable loans. I made a complaint to the Financial Ombudsman who upheld my complaint. As part of putting things right, the Financial Ombudsman told Lending Stream they must remove adverse information from my credit report. This ruling was made in early 2020. Fast forward to 2022, the adverse information is still on my credit report. I contacted the complaints department and was told this would be rectified and would take 30 - 45 days. Fast forward...
