Gave good advice.

Gave good advice. The particular advisor we had didn't reply to emails so you never knew when he was going to call, so that drew the experience out longer than it needed to be as he often rang when you'd decided to do something else for the day instead of waiting to see if he was ringing! From first to last I was hugely impressed with L&C.

From first to last I was hugely impressed with L&C. Brian Sands (my advisor) gave extensive and clear advice, was always prompt in replying to a queries and secured me a mortgage deal I was delighted with in a difficult market. Great broker

Excellent service

L&C are the best out there!

I've used L&C for over 20 years for every house I've ever bought and every re-mortgage I've ever made. To begin with I would scour the high street banks to try to find a mortgage that would beat their quote but I have never managed to achieve that. I trust L&C to find me the best deals out there and have never been disappointed and now no longer even bother to trek along the high street as I know it's futile. They are patient and explain everything thoroughly and in simple terms so I fully understand the information and the process. I can't recommend them highly enough. Reviewed on: 31st March 2025
