Remortgaged in 2021 , had a fantastic experience, as being age 64yrs @ the time I was very anxious. Immediately put at ease , all sorted in a short space of time. Talked through the various options available to me and enabled me to make a balanced decision. Also the rate alert service was useful as the rates did go down and back up again before I needed to switch mortgage. Reviewed on: 7th April 2025

Good but used to be better.

L&C did fine this time round but it's really not like it used to be when you had the no voicemail rule. I did feel I had to chase up quite a bit and it was confusing who was going to be in touch with me - i had 2 lots of lawyers as well as L&C as well as the bank. Reviewed on: 6th April 2025
