Fantastic service for everyday people

Been with London mutual credit union for many years and they have never let me down. They have made Christmas affordable and holidays available. I would not be able to afford many things without their support. Reviewed on: 9th June 2023

Always helped me when I needed help

London mutual credit union has always been very helpful and fair when making decisions on lending money via loans. If they didn't exist I would have been skint on many occasions like Christmas or being able to afford a family holiday. Have recommended them to colleagues who have also been helped by them. Very fast and efficient

I have applied for a loan and the whole process was simple and straightforward and the person in charge of my case was really helpful and efficient. We exchanged emails and he would answer my queries promptly. The whole transaction took few days to complete, and I’ve got the loan by bank transaction which was very good. Simply the best!!

I have been a member of London Mutual Credit Union, for a number of years and they have always come through for me, regarding a Loan, they are the best, their customer service is very good, and the App has made my life so much easier, I am able to check my balance, and communicate with them using the email portion.
