Used the NatWest for over 20 years

Used the NatWest for over 20+ years. Majority of my banking is satisfactory but not when it comes to going on holiday. I always advise the bank of my travel dates and they still let me down by allowing payments on my card when I am not in the country. My card was scammed and they blocked my card without contacting me leaving me without money on holiday. I found it impossible to contact them on the phone and I didn’t have access to the internet. Fantastic bank for loans with lowest interest rates...

Fantastic bank for loans with lowest interest rates also offer savings accounts, current accounts. Always treat customers fairly even if you are on low income or unemployed. Fantastic for Christmas loans. Contact them and see if they can help you. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2025

Always helped me when I needed help

London mutual credit union has always been very helpful and fair when making decisions on lending money via loans. If they didn't exist I would have been skint on many occasions like Christmas or being able to afford a family holiday. Have recommended them to colleagues who have also been helped by them.
