I got the loan accepted, I signed the agreement, the funds were ready to be transferred and they wanted me to "confirm my account details". They then refused me after all of that, I'd rather they told me at the application stage instead of the wait for funds. Very poor company. Reviewed on: 25th May 2024

HARASSMENT

I have explained that my partner was in a coma two weeks ago ,they called today ,explained he had a stroke and heart surgery and has dilemia cannot communicate ,they continue to text email asking for him to share a password with me to correspond .I cannot believe this awful inhumane company Reviewed on: 29th January 2021

Data protection breach

Applied for a loan, was accepted but they sent email and text messages to contact number that is not mine. I put correct contact information on my application which they did not use. Which has resulted in me not getting the loan I applied for and spending alot of time trying to get an answer as to why this could happen in the first place. Still do not have answer. Terrible customer service

Applied online. Accepted and sent terms etc. Heard nothing for almost a day, emailed looking for update, then to be emailed a very rude one lines response stating I had been declined. Disgraceful to be kept waiting all that time Reviewed on: 14th February 2018

Moneyboat review

applying for the loan was easy enough, but getting it funded was a right hassle. applied on friday and had it approved closed by 5.30pm and closed over weekend so no loan, had my details for 2 days without any contact... very worrying indeed. monday morning chased up said would be funded by 6pm yet offices close at 5.30 so how can this be possible.
