Robbing scum!!

Absolutely disgusting company!! Avoid these like the plague, fraud claim has been filed against them.. took £397.80 from me for deposit and first months insurance in May, I then paid another £233.06 in June!! They then cancelled my insurance because I have had insurance cancelled in the past.. it was more a misunderstanding but hey ho it is what it is, I then was on the phone to one sure and the guy told me that after working everything out I'm due £25 credit (never ever recieved this) at this point I would like to add that all calls are recorded for training and monitoring purposes, GREAT! So now let's work this out I've now paid these scum bags £630.86 and I have only had 2 months insurance.. but it doesn't stop there because yesterday they wipped out my account.. they tried taking over £300 but I did not have enough funds for them to take the full amount, I am off with covid so 1.5 weeks money lost and now I have no money in my account at all!! They still got over £250 out of me, so now we are nearly a £1000 but for only 2 months car insurance... I DONT F#CK#NG THINK SO!! Ombudsman is now informed and fraud case taken out.. people just look at all the reviews at the top there is a reason why they have more 1 star reviews than anything else.. please please don't make the mistake that me and hundreds of others have! I really hope they are shut down or go bust, absolute robbing scum!! Reviewed on: 27th July 2021

Don't use this company.

They are very good engaged in people do the deal and then emails follow asking for more info and money. It's not really helpful and you can not talk to the same person ever. Take the more money from you. 39 pounds for admin per car and over 400 for changing address asking for amount in full. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

My previous insurance company held back my no claims...

My previous insurance company held back my no claims bonus because I sold a car that was still on my MID so onesure gave me 7 days notice of cancellation so I called them and they are charging me £256 deposit £104 first payment says I still owe them £26 and £85 cancellation fee £470 total for 1 months insurance told them on the phone that is day light robbery total joke charging any one that for 1 month my full years insurance was only £1000 totally avoid this mob they are not good Reviewed on: 18th September 2024

I found this company of thieves very unscrupulous, I agreed a 2 month payment plan, first payment £340 the 2nd which should have been the same amount was an incredible £1420, I told them I wanted to cancel (after 22 days) I was told there was a £590 cancellation fee, and also a 6 week wait for a refund, I decided to part company with this very fraudulent company and am currently waiting for my refund, I will be contacting the ombudsman and reporting this dodgy outfit, use this company at your peril Reviewed on: 6th May 2024

One Sure insurance complaint

Initially contacted British Insurance Brokers’ Association (Biba) but was transferred to One Sure Insurance without being made aware. Was sold car insurance and part payment taken however told if we found cheaper could cancel within 14 days. Found a cheaper quote elsewhere and called One Sure to cancel few hours later the same day. Then told they were charging us £50 for administrative cost of setting up policy. We questioned as we had not received any document and furious that we’d incurred any cost as it had been just a few hours. They insisted we had been told of a cancellation charge. WE HAD NOT. Once we had confirmed cancellation the policy arrived a few hours later by email. We do not recommend Reviewed on: 27th March 2024

asked there staff to protect my no claims,i thought they had done, they hadnt,i had 2 additional drivers on my commercial policy,i was not advised by the staff there that i should put the van in the company name that if i didnt if my staff had an accident,they would say it was me that was involved in the accident, and my name would be on the insurance database as causing the accident even when imight be on holiday thousands of miles away, BE WARNED ABOUT ONE SURE INSURANCE. Will let your cooling of period end,then tell you provided documents not good enough,then ask for more money. 291122/2 policy Now tell everyone how much I paid from may to July in your response. 8weeks insurance cost over 500 pounds.paid money upfront then you took money from my bank.
