Best Cover

Started using Pedalcover from 2017 so simple to get the right cover online and feel assured that you are completely covered for theft/accident and so far never had to make a claim. Renewal is so simple and unlike other Insurers they don't increase your annual premium by huge amounts which feels as if they are loyal to existing customers, thanks Pedalcover Reviewed on: 29th September 2022

Simply the best,

It's ridiculous, all insurance should be like this. This is the only renewal every year that I don't dread. The only renewal where I know I wont have to spend hours on price comparison web-sites negotiating a better deal. Customer service is exactly that, service for the customer. This is my third year with Pedalcover, and I have recommended them to every bike owning club mate I know. If you own a bike, or n+1 bikes, then your cover should only be with one company, Pedalcover. How insurance should be done

Pedalcover provide an outstanding product. To cover anything outside of very basic (cheap!) bikes on a standard home insurance policy is prohibitively expensive especially when you have more than 1 expensive bike in the household. And generally there are so many caviats and restrictions to make the in workable. To insure bikes on their own policy is again hugely expensive but does give good cover. The combined policy from Pedalcover really is a revelation, the policy is very comprehensive with reasonable exclusions all for less than my previous house only insurance. The team at Pedalcover are a delight to deal with, they clearly understand their market and have a passion for both cycling in all its forms and providing a great service to customers. They are actively involved in cycling events and with cycle clubs and cafés. As an added bonus my premium went down this year... That's not something you hear often these days. Simple and extremely comprehensive

Two Calls and one email was all it took to get a fantastic cover for our home and my precious two wheeled toys. Organised travel and race insurance at the same time, so it was all so easy. Fantastic company

Great company run by people who know about Insurance and bikes. The staff are always willing to help or offer advice, when I had to make a bike claim it was sorted in no time at a all. I saved over £200 a year when switching all my insurance products to Pedalcover. Reviewed on: 29th September 2017

Best package you'll find

Great team of friendly, informative staff who really understand cycling and the stresses of looking after/insuring your bikes! They make the whole process as easy and cost effective as possible. You just will not find another home and bike insurance policy out there for the price and that covers as much as this one does. Great service, great package; my home and my bikes are in good hands! Darren and his team just get it

From the first time I spoke to Darren for my initial quote I could tell that he understood exactly what I was after. I was overpaying on separate bike insurance on my two triathlon bikes and he had a fantastic product that would improve my cover conditions whilst saving me money. The customer service from Pedalcover is outstanding. They are always pleasure to speak to over the phone and in person when I see them at triathlons.
