Refreshing experience

I became a Pedalcover customer in December 2015. Darren was a pleasure to do business with, the policy was explained in detail and I was very happy to give Pedalcover my business. In December 2016 my cover was automatically renewed ( I'd forgotten about it) after an email prompt i checked my renewal quotation and was happy to renew for another year. ( No money was taken without authorisation, it's all done on mutual agreement ) I can't over state how happy I am that I did. Last week I crashed my brand new bike, literally on its maiden ride. I came off on black ice. Trashed the shifter, mech, pedals and several items of clothing. This happened at 08:00 by 08:30 I was talking to Charles at Pedalcover , three days later I had a cash settlement offer to cover the damage. Three days!! I was blown away at how efficiently Pedalcover dealt with my claim. I'm one of the unlucky ones who has needed to make a claim, and I can't fault the way Pedalcover responded. The claim handler was sympathetic but knowledgable. They know what cyclists need to get back on the road. I now have total confidence recommending Pedalcover, and will actively do so! The perfect insurance company

Jo and Darren and all of the staff at Pedal Cover are beyond helpful. With so many insurance companies you dread having to phone up to get a quote, but calling Pedal Cover could not be more different. Its a pleasure to phone up with a query because you feel like they actually care, want to help and want the best for their customers.
