Local team office accents. Extremely easy to deal with

Advisor calls us personally a few weeks before renewal. Checks if there is anything they can do. Enquires about current pricing vs their renewal price. Calls back to see if they can improve our match price. Monthly text reminders of offerings. It's refreshing to deal with local team with local accents who have detailed understandings of local requirements. And price has been consistently the best Reviewed on: 5th September 2025

Great provider

I’ve been insured through Cornmarket for a few years now. Always great customer service and they always try their best to get me the best price on insurance. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023

Excellent company

Been with them for over 10 years. Fab company. Was abit disappointed this year my car insurance went up massively. Never claimed and they really couldn't help much. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2023

Felt like a liar

After this testing very stressful year to be great Ed with such contempt I found pretty disgusting. I was told my cover had been cancelled.. I have checked emails letters etc but still not found one bit of evidence they had try to contact me. The operate I spoke to today was the absolute pits..!!!! Basically called me a liar to which and why I write this review. He was so uninterested in my explanation and very very unhelpful throughout. Disgusting vile service... Incredible value for NEU teachers

Comes out cheaper than anyone else if you have NEU membership and has lots of nice bits and bobs thrown in too. Reviewed on: 19th August 2019

Great company and easy to deal with

They play games

Asked for a quote for a new car,the quote was very high,and I was told to check compare sites and get back to them to see if they could beat it, I did and it was a lot cheaper so I took it Ian not into playing their gamesI have a car policy with them ,now they are stalling with refund and proof of no claims Reviewed on: 1st July 2017

cornmarket rip off

the overall service is poor and so are there prices, they are meant to give cheaper quotes for HGV/PVC drivers, and the quotes are a little cheaper but they don't tell you that the excess will be high, and they dot all ways give you the policy details that you asked for. and they don't as about overall modifications to you vehicle all the ask is modifications to the performance.
