Great customer service

I recently signed up for my first account with Plum. Although the initial registration process was a little tricky, I was assisted by very friendly and helpful team members. They also followed up to ensure that I was comfortable with using the app and that my queries were resolved. The app itself is convenient and provides a handy overview of my savings. Excellent app, incredibly easy to save using plum

I have always struggled to save, but thanks to plum I’ve managed to save thousands without noticing the money leaving my bank, it’s got the 1p challenge, £1 challenge, automatic saving where it takes your spare surplus money to add to your savings. Very professional and easy to use, never had an issue with the app or customer services, hands down the best saving app. Reviewed on: 5th April 2024

Plum app helped me buy my house!

Plum has been integral to the purchase of my first home, learning how to invest money and boosting my general savings. The app is so easy to use and always gives me amazing interest rates on my savings! It allows me to prioritise different saving streams using the splitter amongst pockets too letting me save for emergency funds, holidays and anything else.
