Starting to think about leaving...

I LOVE my american express BA card because of the points I can earn and the offers they have from time to time, including small business promotions. However, for the last few months any saved offers I then use are not tracked. I have to mail them to flag and redeem which is starting to get a little annoying. PLEASE FIX! It pays to negotiate

After going through a broker for our business insurance the Hiscox quote started at about £1900/year. After querying this a bit it came down to <£1200...so it really did pay to question it a little! Reviewed on: 11th August 2015

Good cashback offer

Communication of an offer that I can't actually use!

I recently received an email from HSBC informing me that I could earn bonus points if I spent x amount per month May, June & July. The problem is I got this email at the end of June and haven't spent anything on my card during May, so can't be eligible for the special bonus points! Reviewed on: 29th June 2015

Friendly agent BUT £9 charge

I had to make an invoice payment in US dollars. I couldn't do this online, so had to call HSBC. The agent that took my calls was very friendly, and there was no call wait (it was 9pm on a Sunday)...but I am a little annoyed that they charged me for the ability to make a payment.
