We held our self build mortgage with Mansfield and then stayed with them to switch to residential with extra borrowing. Mansfield have always been excellent to deal with throughout our build and when we switched and requested extra borrowing the process was great. We dealt with Joanna Hodgkinson who was really attentive, friendly and professional. We had spoken to a couple of mortgage brokers before speaking to Joanne but her knowledge and professionalism was clearly miles ahead of anyone else we spoke to. The case was handled well and promptly. The mortgage rate was slightly higher than the high street but worth paying a bit more for the ease of dealing with them.
