Raisin customer service is appalling.

Raisin customer service is appalling. I recommended my partner and, due to bereavement, she missed an email from Raisin. As a result they blocked her from her account. Trying to get any help from outside of their secure message system, only available from within the account, exposed an appalling customer service system. Reviewed on: 26th January 2025

Savings made simple

As a pensioner I with no experience in searching out highest yielding places to put my savings. Raisin... simple, good rate so put my money on a fixed term bond and then forget about it all. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025

Stable product and does what it says on the tin. Not had to reach out to the support team as such, but in the past they have been responsive. Range of products is impressive but they are no world beating rates but neither are they shabby rates. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025
