Very poor would not recommend

I have had my car insured by RBS Car Insurance for over 10 years with no claims whatsoever. However my car was damaged by another car whose driver admitted liability. The inaction by RBS insurance to pursue my claim with third party insurer is unacceptable Incident happened early December and to date mid February, I still have not received my excess from RBS Insurance. Needless to say I will not be renewing my policy with them. Reviewed on: 10th February 2017
