was nervous about AI /chat bot customer services but to date response prompt and relevant. Key considerations to going with Revolut was security, simplicity of use and no fees for transactional fees abroad ....not always managed but more aware of T&C`s. Not 100% on Vietnam transactions. Freeze, cancel or upgrade cards as needed

The ability to freeze, cancel or upgrade cards as needed is really useful, I don't travel much but when I fly a quick plan upgrade for lounge access is great and when I i then panic thinking I've lost my card I can freeze it instantly, and unfreeze once I find it. Reviewed on: 4th February 2025
