Will take your money but not cover you

For 4 years I paid monthly for cover, but when the appliance did breakdown, they asked for receipts that couldnt be an email - very difficult when the product was bought online!! and proof of address. I dont get bills or statements anymore - everything is online!! If this sort of thing is asked for at the time of taking out cover then I would have been better placed to provide but as the purchase was nearly 5 years old, they wouldnt accept the only proof of purchase I had which was an email. never again. Easy to set up insurance

I was only looking for mobile insurance cover today , i was asked if i would like a online quote to cover my appliances i was very pleased with the quote and bought insurance for 3 items The price was much cheaper than i have been paying elsewhere Easy to use online system recommended Reviewed on: 12th September 2016

Cheaper and more appliances than my previous provider

Great price for really good levels of cover

Bought easily online,good discounts for more appliances added,includes accidental cover and £4 a month cheaper than my previous appliance insurer.. Reviewed on: 1st September 2016

very difficult to make a claim

Tried to call out an engineer to make claim, you can't have to use on line system a million questions. Finally succeeded in finishing form and sent it. Call centre phoned back in 24 hours. Can not make a claim unless you have original purchase documentation, even if when insurance was taken out you gave them make model and serial number of equipment. (in the small print) beware. Row appliance insurance have more tricks than Houdini to prevent you making a claim. They say it is to avoid fraudulent claims the only fraud here is Row. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2016
