very difficult to make a claim

Tried to call out an engineer to make claim, you can't have to use on line system a million questions. Finally succeeded in finishing form and sent it. Call centre phoned back in 24 hours. Can not make a claim unless you have original purchase documentation, even if when insurance was taken out you gave them make model and serial number of equipment. (in the small print) beware. Row appliance insurance have more tricks than Houdini to prevent you making a claim. They say it is to avoid fraudulent claims the only fraud here is Row. Reviewed on: 3rd August 2016
