Excluding the over 75's

They are no longer covering personal injury for drivers over 75, even if it's a no-fault claim. I have just had this confirmed in a telephone conversation with a Safeguard rep. Reviewed on: 12th September 2018

Touring ins that doesn’t cover damage whilst towing

Been with safeguard for years, another driver damaged my caravan at the ferry port safeguard refused liability , damage caused to caravan whilst towing is not covered pointless insuring apart from theft then ! Reviewed on: 25th June 2024

No quibble regarding damage to caravan

Assessor came to the house by prior arrangement only a few days after submitting the claim and gave verbal authorisation of the quote. Written confirmation was sent to the repairer the following day. Impressed! Reviewed on: 6th September 2018
