The service is amazing . The staff are excellent and each time I have asked for help I have received excellent customer service/ information and they are swift in replying to any query

I have been with the company for a number of years and I am very happy with the service I have received. Previously I experienced a period of difficulties and after contacting them I was surprised how quickly I was able to secure a loan. Currently with covid19 I was able to use some of the money I had in my account to help me during this hard time. I have also recommended my colleagues/friends and family. My daughter who has an account is now going off to university this September 2020 and will be able to use the funds she has and is delighted to continue to make regular payments to her account. No waiting and money in my account within a couple of hours.

We needed £5000 towards so extras when we married and in order to make the day even better we took out a loan. This paid for entertainment for the children and some guests accommodation. We made the enquiry, passed over some details and after the usual legal jargon the money was transferred to my account before being spent just as quick. Reviewed on: 26th June 2020
