Deceiving and not caring

Nowhere on their website do they mention not giving loans to new members. Quite the opposite, they mention joining and borrowing on the same online form. They did a hard search and messed up my credit score for nothing. Most credit unions are giving out loans to new members without any hassle, unfortunately not this one. Excellent customer service and easy to deal with

I have been in the CU a number of years and have had to call the team a few times for different queries and they have always been extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. I have always had an exceptional service. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 14th August 2020
