I honestly can’t recommend Liverpool Credit Union enough. Every member of staff I’ve dealt with has been incredibly kind, welcoming and genuinely caring. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble, and they’ve always taken the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I felt comfortable and supported. The customer service has been outstanding from start to finish. It’s so refreshing to deal with people who treat you with respect, listen without judgement, and genuinely want to help you find the best solution. You never feel like just another number. With all the loans I have had I have never been refused, all the staff have been so nice and polite and helpful, my credit union all ways give me an umbrella when it rains not like the banks who only give you one when it's sunny, central credit union is the best credit union.
