Liverpool CU (beg to renew loan)

Everytime my loan has been due I’ve virtually had to beg to be replied to when enquiring. If I offer to up my savings tho they’re in touch immediately. Reviewed on: 8th July 2026

No help at all and quite rude.

I needed to top up my loan a week early as I was desperate for a washing machine. I first sent an email which was ignored. I enquired and received an email back which just as always read extremely rude. No apologies but we must wait or any way around it just to help a good customer. Just no your loan is due when it’s due and that’s that basically. I just think their written correspondence could do with some training in how to speak to people. Reviewed on: 11th July 2025
