My case has been managed by Karen, she has been an absolutly gem, no judgement, great sense of humor. From start to end of my application there has been brilliant communication. Karen notified me that her call may be a but delayed depending on how long her previous call goes on for and explains the process thoroughly so you understand tge next steps properly. The only regret I have is not knowing about the service sooner! At least I can be stress free knowing I have saved for christmas and not have to panic for funds. You recieve a welcome pack which is an easy read and informative, I recieved mine by email, but if you are not tech savvy I am sure there will be a post option available. There are different ways to be able pay off your loan or into your savings, it can either be via child benefit or a salary sacrifice which I also think is brilliant.
